US Department of Labor's Office of the Solicitor, OSH Division : Summer Internship Opportunity
We are currently accepting applications for summer legal internships with the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Division of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of the Solicitor. We are reaching out to law school affinity groups and other organizations in an effort to strengthen the diversity of our applicant pool. The OSH Division mainly provides legal services to OSHA to further that agency’s mission of protecting worker safety and health. While the internship is unpaid, it is an excellent opportunity for law students to gain experience with appellate litigation, rulemaking, and enforcement along with exposure to federal government operations. We are currently accepting applications on a rolling basis, and we expect to extend offers by December.
