Position Title: Law Clerk or Attorney

Position Description: Margaret Schaff & Assoicates, LLC is looking for a law clerk or attorney to help with tribal energy and utility projects. This is transactional work, not litigation. Projects involve ongoing tribal energy businesses, formation of tribal energy businesses, and energy projects. Activities can be drafting studies, legal and energy related research, memos or reports, and related work. Work is part time for law clerks and contract work for attorneys. Please provide a letter, resume and writing sample.
