Amber Van Fleet, an enrolled member of the Mohave tribe (Aha Macav), at the Colorado River Indian Tribes, is deeply committed to justice, advocacy, and community service. Currently pursuing her Juris Doctorate at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Amber's academic journey is rooted in her undergraduate studies at Arizona State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies with a minor in Sociology.
Amber's legal expertise is enhanced by extensive practical experience in the field. Through her diverse roles in anti-money laundering and tribal gaming compliance, she has showcased attention to detail and an unwavering dedication to regulatory integrity. Her work within tribal gaming and governments underscores her commitment to supporting Native communities.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Amber is a devoted mother to four children, one of whom has different needs. Her ability to balance the responsibilities of parenthood with her academic and career aspirations speaks volumes about her resilience, compassion, and unwavering dedication to her family. As a legal professional, advocate, and caregiver, Amber continues to leave a profound impact within the legal community and the lives of those she serves.
