Match with a Mentor at Affirm! - CLEaR Mentorship Program

Affirm’s CLEaR (Compliance, Legal, Enterprise Risk, and Regulatory Affairs) Mentorship Program pairs law students and other students interested in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management with Affirm’s CLEaR team members to encourage and facilitate the development of students interested in legal, compliance, government affairs, and risk-related careers and to foster diversity and inclusion of historically underrepresented groups (URGs) in law and in technology companies. Mentors and mentees are matched based on interests and background, where possible. The program is flexible; mentors and mentees choose when and how to stay connected with one another, whether it is through email, phone or video chats, in-person meetings, shadowing, or a combination of the above. Many participants find that the one-on-one mentoring relationship becomes a long-term friendship with mutual benefits.
